HBK Remix has three (3) fully computerized concrete batching plants at our Industrial Area Street no : 47, capable of producing a total capacity of 330m³/Hr.
Batching Plant No.1 : Cougi – Italy with a production capacity of 60m³/hr & equipped with the following.
• 2 Cement Silos with a capacity of 600 tons.
• 1 Ice Plant with a production / storage capacity of 35 tons of ice.
Batching Plant No. 2 : Cougi – Italy with a capacity of 120m³/Hr & equipped with the following.
• 3 Cement Silos with capacity of 900 tons.
• 1 Silo for Microsilica with capacity of 50 tons
• 1 Ice Plant with a storage capacity of 75 tons of ice.
Batching Plant No:3 : BHS with a capacity of 150m³/ hr & equipped with the following.
• 3 Cement Silos with capacity of 900 tons.
• 1 Silo for Fly Ash with capacity of 200 tons
• 1 Silo for Microsilica with capacity of 50 tons
• 1 Ice Plant with a production capacity of 42 tons per day and with a storage capacity of 75 tons of ice.
